Questions

Which stocks do superinvestors own the most?

This page counts, for every stock, how many of the tracked long-only managers hold it in their latest 13F, and ranks by that count. A company's share classes count once, so a manager holding both Alphabet classes is one holder of Alphabet.

Why does the page show an older quarter than the newest 13Fs?

A quarter's filings arrive over the 45 days after it ends. Until half the tracked managers have filed for the new quarter, a count built from the first few would describe a handful of managers, so the page stays on the quarter most of them have filed and says how many of the new filings are in.

What do buyers and sellers mean here?

Among the managers who filed both this quarter and the one before, a buyer opened a position or added shares, and a seller reduced it or sold out. It is what the filings show happened during the quarter, not advice, and a 13F does not say when in the quarter a trade was made.

What does price vs model mean?

For the stocks this site covers, it is the gap between today's price and the stock's model value on this site, the same figure the stock's own page shows: undervalued or overvalued by a percentage vs model.

A 13F is filed up to 45 days after quarter end and lists long US positions only: no shorts, no cash, no foreign listings. It shows what was held on one day, not when it was bought.
